control the process of winding steel wire & quality assurance through weighing
English Abstract
Our Project aims to control the process of winding steel wire by controlling the torque and speed of the winding process,and that to ensure that the wire not to be cut off or deformed during the winding process.also The wire a will be distributed regularly along the pulley axis.This with the possibility of winding the wires with different diameters and lengths without a change in the hardware(this with the possibility of entering these parameters by the HMI screen ).then the stage of the quality assurance through weighing(without stopping the process to save time),to define the accepted

يهدف المشروع إلي التحكم في عملية لف الأسلاك الحديدية عن طريق التحكم في عزم عمليه اللف وسرعتها وذلك لضمان عدم انقطاع السلك أو تشكله أثناء عملية اللف.كما يتم أيضا توزيع السلك بانتظام على امتداد محور البكرة. مع إمكانية إدخال هذه المواصفات عن طريق شاشه التحكم- ثم تجري عملية التأكد من جودة المنتج أثناء نقله (دون تعطيل عملية النقل لتوفير الوقت )عن طريق الوزن مع الأخذ في الاعتبار معايير قبول المنتج من عدمه.ونقل البيانات (القبول والرفض والوزن ) لكل منتج إلي قاعدة بيانات المصنع .هذا مع إمكانية إدخال المواصفات القياسية الخاصة لكل منتج عن طريق شاشة تحكم باللمس
