| English Abstract |
Blind people cannot adaptive with the environment.A few efforts have aimed at improving planning process and produce device to help blind people to adaptive with the environment like normal people. Successful operations depend on quick and easy preoperative planning that gives environment understanding of the complex objects. Based on the knowledge they gain in the planning process, then computerized image analysis algorithms is introduced to improve the planning process which decided the action that the blind should do in more accurate results. |
