In the last few Decades The increase , variety of Vehicles and The limited Capacity of Urban Networks led to a real “bottleneck” in Cities’ Streets which Become a massive Problem , more complicated and not easy to Solve .
The obvious solution – at that Time -was limited to Widen Streets or building new bridges, but Unfortunately This won’t be effective forever While more and more vehicles Travel Through Streets Daily. |
