| Project Title | A solar air collector with controlled air flow |
| English Abstract |
In this BSc. project a solar air collector with 0.75 m2 apparent area was designed and manufactured. The flow of the air inside the collector was forced by a DC fan. The fan and hence the airflow was controlled by a PWM. The efficiency of the collector had an average of 70%. The high efficiency reached was due to the double glazing and the good thermal insulation of the collector. |
| Arabic Abstract | مجمع حراري هوائي يعمل بل طاقة الشمسية مساحته الظاهرة ٠.٧٥ متر تم تصميمه و تصنيعه. تدفق الهواء داخل المجمع تم دفعه عن طريق مروحة . المروحة تم التحكم فيها عن طريق مغير عرض النبضة. كفاءة المجمع وصلت إلى متوسط ٦٥ %. و هذه الكفاءة العالية تم الوصول إليها عن طريق الزجاج الحراري المزدوج و العزل الحراري الجيد |
