MIE made a difference by helping the participating teams to become more qualified regarding the market perspective than any other teams. MIE teams have interacted with the market and understand the market needs well which makes it easier for them to look for a job or start their own business. They are graduated with graduation projects with real market need which makes these projects useful not just for the team but for their university and sponsor.
You will have trainings on the most necessary soft skills and business skills throughout the year. You will also have a coordinator who will be with you throughout your journey in MIE. He will help you build your project plan and set a goal oriented time plan for your graduation project and he will be also help in resolving any conflict that may arise between any of the involved parties in MIE (team, sponsor and university)
MIE Teams who pass all the phases of MIE and reach the MIE Finals (MIE Final project list) attend all the EED days. In EED gallery there is a section allocated for booths of MIE Final Projects.
You can only participate in 1 of the 2 competitions. MIE finals are held in the EED but your project will not participate in EED competition although you will have your spot in EED gallery.
The Target of this video is getting to know your team better to be able to do better selection.

Getting a sponsor for your project is one of the key challenges in MIE competition. It is a must for the teams to continue in “Phase – 4: Project and Sponsors submission (2nd Filtration point) ”
Anyway, team is not requested to get a technical sponsor from the start of the competition. MIE will provide your team with guidance about this in the orientation you will get once you join MIE. It is not among the coordinator’s duties to support the team technically, however, he should help the team regarding the planning and coordination of the project. The coordinator may help the team technically if they are of the same field but this will be on a friendly basis without any obligation from MIE.

An ethical dilemma is any situation in which guiding moral principles cannot determine which course of action is right or wrong. Imagine a young man who lives with his mother; he is her only happiness in life. But the young man lives in occupied France during World War II and feels obliged to fight in the war. What does the young man do?
Also engineers may encounter situations in which they must make judgment calls on ethical dilemmas. For example other ethical dilemmas involve engineers’ responsibilities to when they are aware of unsafe products being marketed.
